The moment I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the bell boy who took care of my luggage’s, from the taxi. I was again warmly greeted by the security and front office staff especially the Indian guy who was so friendly conversing with me when he was doing my check in process which was s very swift and smooth. I was then taken to my room, my luggage’s was assisted by a gentle and good mannered security guy, sorry I forgot his name, he is from SriLanka.
The location is very much optimal for all facilities including, 24hrs super market, many restaurants but in my honest opinion don’t miss the hotels King’s Grill buffet lunch and dinner which is provided at very good discount for the hotel guests and the food is amazing.
Very good private beach and good view from my room balcony. Though the day I was vacating was in full rush Mr.Meahmood gave me a short late check out.
My sincere and hearty praise and thanks to all the staffs of RAMADA BEACH HOTEL.
Will surely visit again.
Road crossing to the private beach which is again o.k just a minute or two but better if there is a over head passover directly from the hotel to the beach.

I was upgraded to a beachfront room with a great view over the sea. I was able to park my car free of charge at the hotel. Its a good location for the beach.
Hard to give an objective review as I arrive late and left early.

الافطار جيد ومكان الاقامة جيد جداً والشاطئ جيد
اضاءة الغرفة غير كافية وقنوات التلفزيون غير كافية , الفندق بشكل عام يحتاج الى بعض الاصلاحات .ولكن الذي أعجني في هذا الفندق هو تجاوب خدمة العملاء حيث أنه تم تغيير الغرفة حيث أنها كانت غير مناسبة ,كما تم عمل صيانة لقنوات التلفزيون حيث كانت غير واضحة .

дружелюбный и крайне пунктуальный персонал(убирали номер каждый день, даже когда долго были днем в номере), очень вкусная еда из гриль ресторана, отличный вид на море, которое в шаговой доступности, частный пляж который открывается в 7 утра, огромный номер по размеру

This hotel was exactly what we searched for! We wanted a hotel near the beach including a good restaurants with local and internal food. For people who want to chill and just relax this hotel in the emirate Ajman is perfect!
The private beach is directly in front of the hotel passing the street. You will get a fresh towel everyday and there are a lot of comfortable sunbeds enough for everybody. The beach has a small shop with all necessary things and a lot of activities to offer - beach volleyball, jetski, bananaboat, etc. - we had a lot of fun. The beach is clean and guards are always watching the conditions in case of heavy waves.
The hotel restaurant and staff is extraordinary! We stayed 10 nights and everyday one new meal was offered compared to the last day besides the overall possibility to choose from fish, meat, vegetarian and desserts! Also the breakfast was really great and we were very satisfied!
The hotel offered daily rides to the Dubai Mall and the Ajman Central Mall for free! Also the service of the concierge and the lobby staff was great. We were able to change our room without problems due to construction works on the beach side - but we were informed about this before.
The staff speaks and understands English but some Russian would be useful, too ... 95% of the visitors were Russians.
Nothing we didn't get notified about!

A szállodát a tengerparttól egy út választja el. A tengerpart gyönyörű lassan mélyülő, kisgyermekeseknek tökéletes. A szálloda tiszta, a személyzet szuper kedves. Az étteremben rengeteg féle finom étel megtalálható.
A szálloda elég messze van Dubajtól, ezért aki oda szeretne bejárni tudnia kell, hogy a taxi 150-170dirham irányonként. Jó lett volna, ha van egy kertje a szállodának, ahol a 2 éves gyereket tudott volna futkározni. A fentiekről a szálloda nem tehet.
Ami furcsa volt, hogy all inclusive ellátásra fizettünk be, ami reggelit, ebédet és vacsorát jelntett, folyamatos víz és üditő ellátásra. Főétkezések között nem volt étkezési lehetőség.

Reception staff, concierge staff and house keeping staff. They provided the best service possible. Very impressive.
We had 6 nights package with all inclusive (breakfast, dinner and lunch). We were told, if we needed anything we can just ask the restaurant to provided which were included in the package. Out of the 18 meals we have taken only 1 meal and rest we did not. Not even a bottle of water. The reason was the restaurant staffs made it very difficult to provide us with even a glass of cola if we did not wear red bands. While checking in we made it very clear that we are not going to wear that band and roam around UAE. Then they said then its ok, we can just tell them our room no and all services will be provided. But next day afternoon, we had a friend visiting us. While going for lunch to restaurant we informed the suited man at the restaurant door that I have a friend with me and he will take lunch with us and I will pay extra for him. He said its ok and given us a table to sit. While having lunch, an waitress came to us to the table and asking us why we don't have the red bands and we have wear it and so on. She kept arguing insisting us to wear wear the bands. I told her that we will not wear the bands and it was explained while checking in. Now she won't listen to that. According to her we have to wear it no matter what. She was basically harassing us on the lunch table. I kept my cool since there were guests around and told her that we are not going to wear those bands no matter what! While exiting from the restaurant another waiter stopped us and asked me only 3 pax are allowed to have lunch but we were 4 pax. The suited guy at the restaurant entrance I mentioned earlier was standing beside him. I told that suited guy, "Didn't I inform you that I have a guest?". Then he said yes sir you did. Then why did the waiter ask me this question and I lost my cool. I told them either your staff communication is not good or you lack professionalism. I felt very insulted for their such behavior. This is not expected of Ramada!

Я бы не отнесла отель к курортным. Здание стоит на оживленной дороге, при этом тонкие стекла абсолютно не защищают от шума. Спать на нижних этажах вообще невозможно. С другой стороны здания мечеть, с которой начиная с 5-00 вы будете слушать настойчивые призывы на молитву.
Первый номер, в который нас заселили, был как раз на 4 этаже, старый и «убитый».
После переселения на 12 этаж в номер после реновации условия немного улучшились, но там другая проблема - чудовищный гул от техники, установленной на крыше.
Отдельного отзыва заслуживает пляж - на него свозят людей из 3 отелей, лежаки стоят в несколько рядов без пространства между друг другом и когда мы приходили позже 10 утра, мы вообще не могли найти свободный. В 18-00 охранник выгоняет всех из моря и с пляжа, потому что он закрывается. Но самое ужасное, по пляжу бродят дикие кошки, гадят под лежаки с людьми. По дороге на пляж уже ощущается резкий запах кошачих экстрементов.
Трансфер в Дубай Молл организован на микро-автобусе развалюхе, которая смердит и дребезжит.
Никогда больше не выберем этот отель для отдыха.
Он переоценен раза в два и на столько же заезд

В общем поездка и отдых понравился, но есть НО!
Пляж хоть и большой, но привозят с других отелей и заходят иногда местные (может за деньги или по договоренности)
Питание отличное, но на детей до 5ти лет не рассчитано!
Кроме этого заходят с улицы любой желающий покушать за деньги.
И самый большой минус - дорога!! Ее не просто слышно, а если номер люкс с 2мя спальнями на море, то ощущение что окна открыты на всю, рев машин и мотоциклов с музыкой в любое время ночи это просто жесть. Не то что ребенок вздрагивал по ночам и прижимался, так и мне не до сна, даже в бирушах!!! Срочно меняйте стеклопакеты!!!

При заезде нам повысили категорию номера с делюкса с видом на море до двухкомнатного люкса с видом на море, было неожиданно и приятно! Вид из номера отличный! Море и красивейшие закаты! Очень дружелюбный персонал отеля, хорошая уборка. Каждый день смена полотенец, пополнение шампуни/гели, пакетики кофе, сливки. У нас было питание по системе «Все включено», шведский стол хороший, разнообразный, все свежее, никаких вчерашних салатов. На горячее каждый день вкуснейшие кебабы, шашлыки, приготовленные прямо здесь же. Хороший частный пляж, полотенца выдают на входе, лежаков достаточно. Хорошее море, пологий вход, песочек. Деткам очень подходит. Можно плавать за линией буйков, не уплывая далеко от них, а вдоль них, тогда спасатели тебе не свистят). Живность есть, но мало. Крабики на мелководье, стайки рыб, правда была и парочка медуз(
Ванная комната требует ремонта. Не были предоставлены халаты и тапочки при заезде, хотя указаны в описании номера на Букинге, только после обращения принесли тапочки.
Главная проблема для нас - очень шумно с улицы! Отель стоит через дорогу от пляжа, машины ездят постоянно, ночью спать можно только с закрытыми окнами и включенным кондиционером. На балконе полноценно не посидишь из-за того же шума. И будьте готовы, что в 5 утра в мечети, находящейся поблизости начинается служба. Но это специфика региона. К отелю не имеет отношения)

Останавливаемся в этом отели несколько лет подряд. Отличный отель в своей категории. Лучший! Внимательный персонал, начиная с билбоев на входе, которые вас встречают. чистота, вкусная еда, пляж. спасибо русскоговорящим менеджерам на ресепшн.Особо хотелось бы отметить работу Софии.Обязательно вернёмся.Благодарю за отличный отдых!

К отелю вопросов нет. Персонал отличный, еда вкусная. Дали сьют вместо обычного номера.
У нас получилось, что отель без моря. Были волны, и спасатели не пускали купаться. Волны, для человека, умеющего плавать, никакой опасности не представляли. Но бдительные спасатели охраняли постояльцев отеля, как младшую группу детского сада. Ездили на пляж аль Мамзар в 30 минутах на такси.

- Номер уставший. В семейных номерах диван не раскладывается. Отель пляжный, нужно лучше убирать песок перед заселением.

Прекрасный вид из номера,на море,как на фото в описании. Удобный ,большой номер,хороший wi-fi,отличный сервис ,особенно сотрудники reception-София и Сулейман(говорят по-русски),им большое спасибо за помощь и понимание-молодцы.
Уборка хорошая,чисто везде.
Ресторан большой,2 зала ,места всегда были,но проход между залами очень узкий,неудобный.Меню разнообразное,"all inclusive" (без алкоголя) нас полностью устроил ,кроме кофе- плохой,горький,жжёный,но был выбор чая,соки,лимонад.
Пляж у отеля свой, большой,рядом,5 минут ходьбы,оборудован,чистый,шезлонгов хватало.
Фитнесс/спа центр компактный,небольшой,но удобный,продуманный,всё есть-gym,сауна,парная,закрытый бассейн.
Пляж мелкий,выражены отливы,вода мутная,зеленоватая,попадались медузы.
Сырость в номере,особенно ночью, шумный кондиционер.
Тесное, неудобное лобби.Отсутствие открытого бассейна.
Круглосуточный шум от дороги у отеля.

Понравилась чистота в отеле и в номерах, разнообразная еда на шведском столе, много мяса. Отзывчивый персонал. Уборка номера была ежедневно, к этому претензий нет.Рекомендую номера с видом на море, так как на другой стороне вид на город, много зданий не вдохновляет. Понравился спортзал, хорошие тренажеры, бассейн и сауна. Хороший собственный пляж, через дорогу, много лежаков, есть детская площадка и бар с безалкогольными напитками.
Отравилась на 3 день пребывания на обеде, скорей всего тушенным шпинатом или салатом, обед начинается в 12:30, а мы пришли к 15:00, видимо еда к этому времени начала портиться. Салаты были уже на вид не съедобные к этому времени. Для маленьких детей очень мало еды, картошка фри, стрипсы и фруктовый салат (каждый день). Есть хамам, но к хамаму эта комнатка 1х1 не имеет отношения.

It was my first stay in this hotel. The location is great. However, the car parking is small. The staff were great and friendly. The breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The room I stayed was spacious and comfortable.
I am not fun of the beach, but the beach area looks nice and very well kept.
