All meals including breakfast, lunch n dinner was fabulous.
Stay with view to beach was also fantastic.
The bedding provided should be clean, fresh, good quality and comfortable, with proper, warm blankets. The existing bedding felt old and worn out, so providing better-quality bedding would greatly improve the stay experience.

Excellent feed variety in dinner and breakfast. Kids play area was amazing. The location and walking distance to beach was perfect.
Depth of pool was not safe for kids, considering the kids pool was too tiny.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and we truly enjoyed our time here, so it wasn't a major issue. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciate the hospitality. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!
The only minor disappointment was on our last day when I asked if my included breakfast could be exchanged for lunch or dinner, just hoped they could accommodate my meal swap for a simple gesture or goodwill but my request was declined by the reception/manager. I understand this may be due to hotel policy.

I liked everything except the behaviour of the staff at the swimming pool. Very unprofessional and used inappropriate words to guests.
