10/10 experience

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The facilities are very good, the food was lovely and the value for money was extraordinary. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, they are both very professional and very friendly, starting from the reception staff during the check in and check out and the restaurant staff. Even the lifeguards at the pool and the beach were lovely especially Ms. Aisha. 10/10 stay and I would certainly go there every year.

Wrong booking

All was good . And grate. The hotel called to change the room next day I liked it but it should be on the same day

The booking was wrong . I booked for 2 sperated beds and I got 1 bed qeen size

Great food, super staff, nice beach!

Close to the beach. Very clean and roomy. Sauna was nice.

The shape of the building funnels the noise from the street and amplifies the volume a lot. So, quite noise. There is no kids club indoor. Only outdoor and with water. Hence, on colder and windy days the kids are freezing after 10min and there is nowhere else to go play...

Good View, bad everything else

the location is very good, right in front of the sea, walking distance to restaurants, mall and coffee shops. the view from the room was amazing with very good balcony.

was very crowded due to school break, had very late check in, found no towels in my room, was given a smoking room disregarding being very clear that I need none smoking room, the floor smell awful and I had to spray my perfume allover the floor to get rid of this smell, no live station in the breakfast, the claimed 50% off seafood at the hotel restaurant for guests only is actually given to everyone even if not a hotel guest.

Pobyt bardzo udany, prywatna plaża, świetna pogoda, ciepła woda w zatoce. Bardzo dobra obsługa.

Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, życzliwość, komunikatywność, otwartość personelu względem gości. Bardzo ładny widok na Zatokę Perską. Duży wybór dań na śniadania, co prawda codziennie podobnie, ale każdy może znaleźć coś dla siebie, pyszne owoce. Na plus: bliskość plaży, ciepła woda w Zatoce Perskiej, leżaki i ręczniki bez dodatkowych kosztów. Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Hotel lata świetności ma za sobą, ale cena oraz personel rekompensuje tę niedogodność.

Еда отличная,все очень вкусно,всегда несколько видов мяса,курицы,рыба/морепродукты,различные гарниры,салаты,сладкое, фрукты (в ноябре было три вида дынь, арбуз,бананы, яблоки,иногда финики) Еды в достатке, персонал постоянно приносил добавку. Две кофемашины,очереди за кофе как таковой не было ни разу пока мы отдыхали. В часы пик на ужин можно пару минут постоять в ожидании столика. Звукоизоляция между номерами отличная, соседей не слышно,а вот улицу даже при закрытом балконе очень слышно, рядом мечеть, молитвы будут слышны в 5 утра) Номер подуставший, но все функционирует/работает без нареканий. Единственное вытяжка не очень в ванной, очень влажно всегда. Трансфером до Дубая не пользовались,но каждый день видели как отъезжает, всегда вовремя. На пляже до 9 утра вполне свободно,много душевых,есть туалеты и раздевалки с левой стороны пляжа. Есть бар и магазинчик с кругами/плавками и прочим. Когда волны,спасатели особо внимательно следят за отдыхающими, которые любят заплыть подальше. Можно взять в аренду водный байк или прокатиться на банане/диване. Играют в волейбол на пляже. Бассейн подогреваемый, практически всегда в тени. За отелем парковка под шлагбаумом, рядом также есть бесплатные места. В целом по соотношению цена-качество идеальный вариант, мы брали машину на весь период отдыха и ездили самостоятельно в Дубай и окрестности.

Звукоизоляция балкона, очень слышно улицу. Вытяжка в ванной, белье не получится высушить.

Overall, I think it is a good hotel for the price. The staff was very helpful and food was good.

I enjoyed the food, there were a lot of tasty options. I did not get tired of it after a week :) Our room was nice and spacious. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided mugs, tea, and kettle. The staff was super friendly, they provided us with a socket adapter for free, and they were very polite and helpful overall. Daily transfer to Dubai Mall was also very nice, no need to sign up in advance, and they provided an extra bus if there were more people.

All windows are facing a very busy street. As a light sleeper, I could not fall asleep with constant noise from cars outside. Cleanliness was on a good level, except for small things. I left a tea stain on a table, which was still there after we left. They do not have mugs and bigger cups for tea or coffee. Instead, there are paper cups. It is not comfortable to use paper cups and it is also wasteful. Drinks included in all-inclusive were very lacking, just soda and coffee. There are no mocktails at all, and no juices at the beach bar.
