The location
We had two confirmed bookings it for some reason the hotel was not able to retrieve the second one. There was unpleasant exchange. Hotel staff should be sensitive towards the clients

Tariff is bit on higher side , room is showing aging , need upgrade

Rooms
We reached early but it was informed on prior that we will get the room at chargeable and we agreed but we waited for 4 hrs for check in and on top no 1 asked us for water or any. Room service was informed at morning 10am to clean but giving multiple reminders room cleaning was done at 4pm
