Their room is in ground floor, It has a lot of spider.

Deco is somewhat outdated. Beds not comfortable with mattresses ill fitting and sliding down. Room very small. Clean, but that is probably thanks to the previous guests because the rental company lefts guests long list of what and how you have to clean before leaving the place. I felt as if they treated me like a cleaning lady not a paying guest. Normally people leave such notices to their cleaning ladies. Keys where not in the post box when I arrived. Directions to the flat where not clear. Upon arrival we tried the key in the wrong door. That is when we realised their emergency number is not serviced after working hours. Nobody picked up. We later on realised ourselves which one is the right door, but the feeling after long travel and in the dark with a key that does not fit was most unpleasant. Most upset, though, I was about the fact they charge extra for bed linen and towels, I had booked through booking.com a deal which includes all costs. They initially pretended I still have to pay for what is absolute basics and normally free: towels (rugs rather, to be honest) and bed linen. Will be avoiding the rental company. Hidden extra charges, unpleasant staff.

Nice view from the apartment. Check-in and check-out was perfect. There are good facility but a little bit dirty (cutlery). Location of apartment near the center of Grindelwald.

It should be more clean in the apartment when we arrived. There was smell cigarette smoke and there were a lot of spiders in the apartment.
