Spacious, we'll equipped apartment. Lovely garden. Peaceful location. Easy 10 min bus ride out of Grindelwald. Lovely owner gave us a lift to the station early on the morning of our departure - thank you!

Nothing really. Location meant 'popping to the shop' wasn't possible but that wasn't a problem at all.

The host was very accommodating, despite our language barrier. She bought grocery supplies for us to help us get over the first-day jet lag. This was not required, but a great personal favor. The apartment was roomy enough for two people to get around with ease. The views outside were gorgeous, right in the heart of Berner Oberland. And there was a restaurant within walking distance that served excellent Swiss meals. Overall, a great place to stay.

I would have liked to have had more or brighter lighting. There was some road noise, but mostly we heard the delightful chiming of cow bells. Some of the furniture could be upgraded; doors and other parts of walls showed a lot of wear. Thes apartment was also situated 12 miles from Grindelwald proper, which made for long starts to any day trips.

A superb location with amazing views. Fabulous views at sunrise and sunset The owners were extremely welcoming and very helpful. It was the perfect place to explore the Bernese Oberland
