The location was fantastic with a great view from our window.
The hotel and our room was beautifully designed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay here and would highly recommend.

The hotel is charming with delightful staff. The location is excellent - right opposite the Mevlana, and close to lovely shopping and eating areas. The authentic Turkish hospitality extends to breakfast - it is entirely Turkish and delicious. The rooms are beautifully appointed and decorated, and the hotel is spotlessly clean.
Very minor criticisms but my teenagers found the breakfast a bit too simple and the pillows were a bit too firm for me.

convenient location & sincerity of breakfast staffs
Lack of proactiveness. My pre-arrival emails had never been answered.
The inability to communicate in 'basic English' among 90% of the staff.
The inefficiency of the airconditioning system and related the maintenance.
The amount of fresh drinking water supplied to the room.
