Novatel is a ery luxary high end hotel chain you would expect nothing less
had to do a you turn to get to the hotel on a dual carraigeway, nit used to that in the UK

breakfast is good location is far little from the down Tawon but was nice overall

Good breakfast and location
Air conditioning didn’t work. We had difficulty sleeping at night. Hotel didn’t have alternate room with functioning AC and mentioned hotel wise issue. Hotel also didn’t have any room fans to compensate
