Amazing location, the view from the attic is gorgeous. Staff super helpful and room has everything you could possibly need. Being able to rent a boat there was also an added bonus!

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic - while it's a 20-30 minute (very easy and scenic) walk into the central area, it is literally right in front of a relaxed little grassy swimming spot, joined with the fantastic Carman restaurant/bar, and 30 seconds from a small supermarket. The road is right outside the room I stayed in, and it's relatively busy (for Lake Bled - it's quiet for normal city roads), but the window was very soundproof and I was never disturbed by traffic. The airconditioning was great and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. The wifi was strong also.
I didn't have the breakfast as I got up early both days to hike (maybe it could start slightly earlier or there could be pastries or something to takeaway for a fee?).
There was a little foyer area to my room which was great for storing shoes, and it had a little fridge which was good for my DIY early morning breakfasts.
Generally my stay was so relaxing and peaceful
A Smart TV would be a great addition to the room, as would an iron/ironing board blackout blinds (although I slept fine!). A laundry service would also have been great (although I was informed there is a laundromat in the central area, which I didn't end up using).

Location was great, it was right in front of a great swimming area. Most of the staff were very nice, except for a couple semi-rude people (mainly the restaurant). Room had AC, which was nice. We rented a paddleboard for 2 hours and only had to pay for 1 hour, which was awesome. That was super fun.
The room was really outdated and worn. It looked like it was falling apart and people weren't really trying to fix any of it. I think we got the worst room in the building. We could hear very clearly anytime people would close their window or walk down the stairs or talk in the hall, the noise insulation was awful. Our towel warmer/dryer in the bathroom never worked so we couldn't get our towels dry overnight in time to go swimming again in the morning. Had to request for more towels. I think they should provide bath and beach towels. It was quite a small room and the window faced a rock wall, so no view at all, which sucked. The location was decent though, but there weren't many restaurants nearby, so we had to walk 20-25 mins into town to get food.
