The ski concierge staff Daniel and the young lady (forgot her name) are very helpful and super nice
Sometimes the shuttle bus is not available to pick up from Hirafu base ski area

The hotel was very well presented and the rooms were spacious. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The daily (included) breakfast was an excellent way to start the day.
The restaurant dinner menu was very misleading, as we didn’t understand that the main meal and salad had to be ordered together, even though they are priced separately. What we thought was going to be a 3,600 yen meal for two turned out to be 11,200 yen.

Everything but the staff were exceptional and the beds are so comfy and excellent pillows and fresh crisp bedding.
