Exceeded expectations. The onsen in the room was a GAME CHANGER. If you’re used to western beds, the futon was an adjustment but felt like a slumber party (very fun for girls ski trip!). Staff were always very helpful. Ski in ski out with lockers was huge. Room was nicer and more modern than expected given other comments. Would stay again.
Outside is a little run down but the rooms themselves are great!

Great location. Book the rooms with a private onsen made all the difference for us we enjoyed our stay. Yes the hotel is run down in area but generally very clean & it’s a cheap hotel considering where you are in Niseko. We stayed 5 nights & it’s a great budget option.
Slightly run down. They don’t clean your room everyday.
