Péssima experiência.

A estrutura do quarto é muito boa, apesar do quarto já apresentar algumas necessidades de manutenção!!!

Pequeno número de funcionários. Desorganização da operação do hotel. Hotel estava com um evento e não se organizou para receber. Café da manhã caótico. Elevador caos. Faltou roupa de cama. Já tive duas experiências muito boa, mas esta foi memorável!! Péssima!!!

Quarto fazia muito barulho (acho que devido ao ar condicionado dos outros quartos). Chuveiro tem agua quente mas levemente entupido.

Exceptional

We stayed here only for a night and it was great. The breakfast was amazing and the rooftop is very nice!

This may just have been with our room but we couldn't get internet signal there. It worked fine on the hallway and in the lobby though so it wasn't a big problem!

Horrbile staff, horrible linen, staff didn’t clean room on first two nights, the pool is nasty with no staff, 45 minutes cue for checkout.

Great option when visiting Manaus if you don't want Centro or just to move away from there.

I like everything such as location, breakfast, pool and it's location in the hotel, gym, the staff, and the decor.

Room had no iron and iron board.

it was a very good stay

The room is very comfortable and spacious; it’s very good to rest and work. The hotel facilities are excellent.

The gym and pool times; for someone in a work trip, starting working at 7:00, a gym that opens at 6:00 is unavailable. The gym should be 24hs.

Not sure why it is rated so high.

The English speaking staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was free and not bad. Drinks at the bar were reasonable.

No ATM or ability to change money in hotel. Hotel is very “ worn”, rundown. Restaurant food was terrible. Location is in a questionable area. Must take taxi to shopping and restaurants.

Disappointing based on the price paid

Common facilities are pretty recent and seem clean Rooms are spacious even if style / furniture could be a bit modernized breakfast is decent, though pretty “continental-like”

I think the price does not correspond to the facilities, nor the service proposed occupation rate was not high at all but they were not commercially favorable to discounts I asked for a room service: presentation was horrible (a blue plastic tray containing the dinner), main dish (fish & potatoes) was extremely salty; rest was below decent (no natural sugar proposed) - again not aligned with the price proposed. in addition, water from the fridge was not included in the price (I had to pay around 50BRL for 5 water glasses…)

Given the limited accommodation options in Manaus you have no option

Clean, comfortable room

Noise from the street, staff at the restaurant barely speaking English, only 2 elevators for 16 floors, location isolated in a bad neighborhood

Great breakfast, poor wifi, lovely large bed.

It would have been nice if there was a water fountain with drinking water so you didn't have to buy plastic bottles all the time.

The room was big. The staff spoke English.

Swimming pool only opened at 9am. I wanted to take pictures of the sunrise on the top floor but it was closed till 9 am. It gets hot very early and I wanted a cool swim before going out but by the time the pool opened it was too late. The reason is to clean and put in chemicals. chemicals can be fine earlier. Even 8am would be ok. Breakfast was plentiful but average. Instant cappuccino in room was undrinkable Windows are filthy

Fine for one night but I would not stay longer.

the roof top pool, the lounge, the restaurant

the Front desk staff was unforgettable. no one knew I was there or tried to reach me when my tour guide showed up for my tour. also while checking the agent didn’t mention anything about the restaurant, pool etc. I had to ask.

Great views and great staff, but disappointing facilities given the price.

Rooftop pool had amazing views! The room was large and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the tourist centre runs some brilliant trips. Omelette station at breakfast was also great!

I had a number of problems during my stay - the wifi didn’t work in my room despite me calling reception multiple times, meaning I couldn’t work, and also the shower in my room didn’t work but it took almost a whole day for someone to come and look at it. I ended up eventually being moved to a different room after 2 days which was much better. the pool has a great view but the water was dirty and there are no umbrellas/shady areas so be careful with the sun.
