Staff was lovely. They let us store suitcases while we traveled 5 days on the river. And when we returned to spend one last night before traveling on, they got us right into a room (even though we were there hours before check-in time.)
The room was big, the bed was very comfy, and I love the open closet and cubbies concept. It ensures you don’t accidentally leave something in the closet or in a drawer.
The location isn’t in the town center, but it was an easy Uber ride away and the value for our large room, lovely property, and great staff was worth it.

It was really well located and clean.
First time, there was no microwave in the room and I had to go to the restaurant to warm some baby food. In this moment, the hotel would charge to rent a plate (it was not a caution, it was really charged). Besides, there was no air conditioning in the common areas. Second time, the air conditionning in the room was not working. They sent somebody to repair it, we went out and when we came back it was still not working. My husband called the reception and the hotel said to wait again for maintenance guy again. They didn't bother to offer another solution and they even said that there was no other room available. At this point I went to the reception and talked to a nice lady (cannot say the same about her colleague) who was able to find a room available, after my long description after what happened. Cherry on the bottom, there was a baby involved. Honestly, nobody was sensible enough to take the initiative to offer a solution before I would take the night in the heat from Manaus, with a baby, while maintenance would try to repair the air coniditioning. I was really disapointed and didn't expect this from a well known hotel like this.
