I was here for two nights waiting for a friend. We then rented a car and went to Senja. The hotel has a great location. I walked from the hotel over the bridge and up the sherpatrappa-made for a great outing. Room was small but I'm pretty easy. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful

Good breakfast. Great location in Tromso. Friendly and very helpful staff. Grocery store block away with great salad bar - Smarthotel has nice table area to eat take-away food or just relax.
Room is very small - not much room for suitcase.

Location was good
The room was very small, no cleaning provided during the stay. Dust was present on the furniture. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Room was really tiny, with the luggage open there wasn't space to walk.
Overpriced considering the size and services provided.
