Very clean, helpful staff, great breakfast all in a good location

- great central location, close to museums and right next to a bus stop
- kind staff
- the possibility to drop off luggage before check in and chill in the lobby area
- cosy lobby area with books, coffee, tea and cookies
- kettle in the room, with a mug and disposable cups, tea bags and instant coffee - might sound simple but is not a standard in many places so big plus for that!
- they have an agreement with a Spa where guests can book at preferential rates- haven’t tried this time but it sounded appealing!
- the room was somewhat small and it lacked a desk that was part of the description on the website when booking (though not an issue for me this time)
- breakfast - very limited choice for vegans, and the room was on the smaller side which made it extremely crowded on a Sunday; not only was it not possible to pick your food but one was forced to sit right next to other unrelated guests
- no set quiet times - as a result I had trouble sleeping at night because of noisy neighbours who tried to force the emergency exit (probably for fun) that happened to be next to my room

Perfect Service, excellent help when we arrived. They suggested to change the room for better accommodate the situation: It was a festival and guests going there, so we received a better upgraded room to avoid being close to the late arrival of the other guests after the festival. Great room!

The hotel has an excellent location with quick access to the touristic center, restaurants, and a grocery store. The staff was helpful and sent information ahead of check-in to ensure that we knew where to park and how to access the hotel. The breakfast was also wonderful!
The room was quite small. It was difficult to get comfortable to sleep. There was hardly room for two people, even though the room was booked for two.
