The breakfast buffet was the best I had in Norway - excellent choices of food!
The staff was very service-oriented and helpful.
Unfortunately my room faced another building so I had in reality no view - which was a big surprise for a such leading quality hotel.
Secondly the TV was not working and the technician for the hotel had gone home that afternoon. As compensation the hotel gave me a free raid to the airport...

We spent a few days in Tromso and we decided to change hotel every night as we are passionate about hospitality and customer experience and I can confidently say that the Clarion Hotel The Edge is the best hotel in Tromso. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding, featuring a very assorted variety of delicious options, including local produce. The room was spacious, comfortable and I could enjoy a lovely view of the harbour. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and transport. All staff members we interacted with were very helpful, kind and friendly. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

hyggelig betjening, problemfri innsjekking. Gode senger.
Fikk ikke to singel senger som bestillt. Roomservice fungerte ikke. Måtte vente i en time på en meget dårlig frokost på rommet til 700 kr. Jeg måtte ringe resepsjonen for å bestille frokost. Appen for roomservice fungerte ikke. Resepsjonisten måtte løpe til kjøkkenet for å formidle bestillingen. Måtte ringe to ganger for å purre på bestillingen. Iskaldt baderoms gulv. Umulig å stille romtemperaturen på mindre en 18 grader. For oss et alt for varmt rom selv om vinduet stod åpent. Ikke noe avtrekk på badet, så det ble klamt og innestengt.
