Beste Aussicht auf Tromsö Hafen

Das Frühstück hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Großartig! Wir konnten unser Gepäck am Abreisetag bis zum Ablegen des Postschiffes sicher verwahren.

Great place to stay!

Perfect location location especially if you’re looking to explore the city of Tromsø before heading south down E10. All very modern facility and the breakfast was AWESOME !!!

Great location for ferry and town, close to public Transporation.

Location was central to town and ferry terminal. Access to early grab & go breakfast. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent.

Being on the same floor as the Sky Bar, opened late on Friday and Saturday with loud music

Ein toll gelegenes großes Hotel direkt am Hafen.

Die Lage direkt am Hafen und Terminal der Hurtigruten ist perfekt, der Blick über den Hafen von den Zimmern aus fantastisch. Das Frühstück ist skandinavisch wunderbar. Das Zimmer ist puristisch leicht unterkühlt skandinavisch eingerichtet.

Das Restaurant ist abends auf Pizza oder einige wenige andere Gericht ausgelegt. Mittags gibt es nichts.

Bien para dormir.

La ubicacion del hotel es clave, Tromso es pequeno pero con el frio que hace es importante tener un lugar donde llegar centrico. Para no estar batallando.

Al realizar el check in la chica del front desk se porto grosera y no me pudieron dar nisiquiera 1 habitacion con dos camas por que supuestamente ya no tenian, yo llevaba a un grupo de personas, las cuales no eran pareja y no se podian quedar en una cama doble por respeto, no tuvieron ninguna consideracion apesar de que reserve 7 habitaciones, de las cuales solo necesitaba 2 con 2 camas, individuales. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequenas. No caben ni las maletas.

Not worth the money

The location and the overall quality of the room. Breakfast was average.

Very poorly managed property. The first room was not heated and they gave us a small heater that was so primitive that I don’t think it’s even legal. They told us that they use only air vents and not the wall heaters, but the next day when they finally changed our room the wall heaters were working. Changing the room was a bit of a challenge because they wanted us to check out from the first room, carry the luggages down and redo the check in at 3:00 pm… I refused and finally we were told to move from one room to another. As we moved to the new one I noticed that the safe box was locked and despite the fact that I notified them several times nobody came to solve that during the next 2 days.

Fijn hotel en heerlijk ontbijt in gezellige ambiance, goedkoopste kamer en bed is veel te klein

Heerlijk ontbijt, gezellige sfeer en vriendelijk personeel. De hele dag koffie beschikbaar zonder kosten.

De kamer was veel te klein en het bed een twijfelaar. Ondanks de al vrij hoge prijs toch maar een upgrade gedaan waardoor de prijs hoger lag dan voor een gemiddelde kamer in Tromso.

Beautiful city, hotel in great location but it did not make me want to go back there to stay.

Location, size of room with plenty of space to put your luggage/ wet coats etc.

Breakfast -self service without trays meant lots of time walking back and forwards and navigating around large numbers of people to just get a basic breakfast. The industrial scale of the number of tourists - it felt like a transport interchange with different groups coming and going. The positives for some might be that it offers anonymity, but for us it lacked a ‘welcome’ /sense that anyone knows or cares about your stay,

Skal aldri mer bo på Clarion the Edge!!!!!

Frokosten var sikkert ok. Men vi måtte gå langt for å kunne sitte unna det verste bråket. Personalet ok. Lenene på de gul-grønne stolene viste seg å være skitne. Det anbefales ikke at en gretten oppvarterske river bort en tom tallerken fra en eldre person. Bordet vårt var ikke akkurat overlesset.

STØYEN! Man blir møtt av en grusom støy i restauranten når man kommer til innsjekk. Synes synd i de som jobber i resepsjonen og de som jobber i restauranten til frokosten. Jobber de der lenge blir de garantert hørselsskadd. Rommet jeg hadde i "spissen" var kaldt. Om kvelden var vi nødt å være på min manns rom som lå ved siden av.

Lite og upraktisk rom

God beliggenhet, god service, god frokost.

Jeg fikk først et svært lite og trangt rom, fikk oppgradert ved å betale mer, det nye rommet var smalt og trangt, det samme var badet med en veldig smal og upraktisk vask. To smale vinduer, ingen utsikt. Døren til barskapet lot seg bare delvis åpne, sengen stod i veien. Generelt for dårlig informasjon om rommet på Booking.com.

Nice selection of food at breakfast, including fruit and the omeletts, pancakes and selection of bread. Excellent service at reception.

The coffee! Expect more than machine coffee at a Clarion hotel. At least fresh brewed filter coffee, but ideally a barista service. Towels (blue) felt old and outworn.

Breakfast was very good. Wide variety of options to choose from. Plenty of tables to sit down. Room was clean and large bathroom. Location is excellent

A marvellous way to celebrate our anniversary.

We were given a warm welcome and our room was ready early so we were able to check in, freshen up, and go off exploring. The location was great, and the bed was very comfortable with great bedding. Our room had fantastic views and everywhere was very clean. The bathroom amenities were superb. A kettle in the room was a big bonus! Breakfast suggestions in the lift were a great idea. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and our visit to the Sky Bar.

We loved everything. The wardrobe was very narrow, but since this was a city break and a short visit this didn’t affect our stay.

Great hotel in central position ideal for enjoying all aspects of Tromso town.

Central Position with great views from the rooftop bar area. Near town, port and cruise docking. Good breakfast and food options. Good bathroom facilities.Overall great for our stay in Tromso. Quiet in the rooms so restful.

The room we had was small with a small double bed against the window - and although comfortable meant a bit of gymnastics to get in to bed from one side only. Although small the room had lots of facilities (iron, hairdryer, kettle etc)

Very good

Best breakfast in Norway! Room was comfy and clean. Great location and value!! Would stay again. No parking. Used the Fjellet public parking with no issues. Dropped our bags at the hotel then parked the car for $38 for 24 hours. Make sure to drive to Lyngen Alps!

The bathroom wasn’t very thought through. A glass door to the bathroom (flooding the room with light when someone is inside) and no shower curtain / screen isn’t the most practical choice for a family room…

This was the right hotel for my family, and I would absolutely return.

The 'family room' we paid for was indeed good for a family, and the breakfast was a big hit with everyone. Plus, Tromso is small, so the hotel is plenty close to anything you want to do. Bonus: Hotel is right next door to Skarven, a great set of restaurants to try the local cuisine.
