This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from reception to the most comfortable bed in my room. All rooms are on the ground floor, so I didn't have to worry about lugging my 50-lb suitcase up any stairs. It's very quiet too, so I slept very well. The included breakfast was the most beautifully laid out buffet I've seen in a very long time. Everything that anyone could possibly want to eat was well-prepared and hot! Eggs, bacon, bread, vegetables, and more. Or cold, such as milk and cereal, various cheeses and pastries. The hostess was so kind and gracious, asking me how I liked my coffee, which she prepared and served. It was a great way to start the day. Suzana, who checked me in (and out), came to my aid the first night when I was lost in the dark because of improper directions from a bus station employee. She stayed on the phone with me and even sent someone from the hotel to come get me! I was so tired after traveling all day, I became confused and agitated with the faulty directions, plus, I was scared. It was a very upsetting experience, yet Suzana remained calm. She is as empathetic as she is professional, which is a great combination. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and understanding. She also upgraded me to a twin room which was more spacious than a single. I will never stay in an Airbnb again when I'm in Podgorica; I will stay at this hotel!

The staff at the reception was very friendly and kind. We arrived earlier than check in time and when I asked if I could leave the luggage and come back at the prescribed time she told me that if we could wait ten minutes the room would be ready, a touch of kindness that we very much appreciated. Our room was quite large.
Room furniture is old and breakfast is certainly not an highlight of the stay.

The location was perfect for my travelling needs
The property is worn out and needs maintenance. One of the two shower doors was missing... which makes a mess when you shower. The sheets were frayed and should be replaced. The same applies to towels.
