Location is quite central, in the town center itself. Clean and spacious room. Spa & massage facilities were quite relaxing & excellent for the price. Got a free upgrade room by Katarina, who was very professional and friendly.
Parking is 10 min walk away. Limited breakfast options for the hotel price. Geyser randomly switched off.

It is very central and very kid friendly hotel. Pool with spa experience (sauna, steam room etc.) very nice. Very fast to reply for any request on inquiries. You can cook very basic food.
There is nothing i do not like about the property

It was very clean and the cleaning staff were really nice and helpful. They brought us some beach toys for my daughter! And were very flexible. The view from the balcony is beautiful!
The bed was not comfortable and we were on the side where another hotel had a big air conditioning compressor on the roof and that was quite loud.
There was also some construction in the next street so there was a lot of noise. The manager who was in the office in the morning was not very patient when we asked him, for example, about late check out.

Location is 10/10 and it was nice to have a balcony
The bathroom smelt so badly of sewage it was awful.
We weren't left enough towels for a booking of 2 people, just 1 big and 1 small towel.
The room was quite dirty and the bathroom sewage smell went into the bedroom so I was very thankful for being there for one night.
There was such loud music outside (not the hotels fault) that went on into the middle of the night.
