I had a fantastic stay at Le Méridien Kochi and thoroughly enjoyed my time at the property. The facilities were amazing, particularly the gym and pool, which I made great use of during my stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the room service and pool bar menu, with plenty of great options to enjoy throughout the day.
The staff were wonderful from start to finish, always welcoming, attentive and accommodating. A special mention to the Duty Manager, who was fantastic in helping organise my airport transfer and making the check-in process seamless. I also particularly enjoyed the short boat ride across to the other side of the island, where my room was located – such a unique and lovely touch to the overall experience.
The newly renovated room was exceptional, beautifully presented and very comfortable. I also wanted to acknowledge the housekeeping team, who were absolutely lovely each day. They were always so accommodating, even happily returning five minutes later when I was getting ready to head out. Those little gestures really do make a difference.
Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent facilities, beautiful accommodation and, most importantly, genuinely lovely staff who went above and beyond. I would happily recommend Le Méridien Kochi and would love to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Le Méridien Kochi, especially in the newly opened West Wing. The boat ride connecting the main hotel to the West Wing was a wonderful experience and a highlight for our kids, making the stay even more memorable. From the reservation desk to the room, the staff were exceptional, providing warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay.
The dinner menu could benefit from more variety, especially for guests staying multiple nights. At other similar properties we've stayed at, there was always something new to look forward to, whether it was a refreshed menu or at least a new dish each evening.

Hotel itself was good esp the rooms and views. Food was ok and cheap
No propery co-ordination between booking.com and the hotel as per the hotel. Had to specifically ask for a room with balcony - it was not initially allocated - although it was clearly mentioned in booking.com confirmation. Also the room was given in Tower 2 - not the main hotel. Had to travel with the disabled adult daughter of us in a boat - couple of times due to this.
