駅からとても近くて便利でした。
荷物を預かっていただけるのも、とても助かりました。
セミダブルの部屋が狭いので荷物を広げるのも、部屋内を移動するにも大変でした。
シングルは快適な空間でした。

新潟ならではのもの
タレカツや蕎麦があり、大変美味しかった。
カードキーではなく、鍵穴に差し込んで開ける昔ながらの鍵だったので、少し戸惑ったが、レトロな感じが逆に良かったのかな？

連泊の際、タオルはもう少し清潔感ある状況で準備してほしい。朝のモーニングメニューを毎日同じというのは残念
