The hotel is right at the train station, easy to reach and easy to find. The room was nice, and the breakfast was big, offering local and more European style food. Onsen was a nice touch, a pleasant surprise.
The room was small, but only because it was booked as a single and used as a double. Other than that, nothing to bad to comment about.

Location was good and the lobby was very tastefully attractive.
The size of the room was small with no wardrobe or satisfactory provision for hanging clothes. The bathroom amenities were old fashioned and not what was expected in what some sites describe as a four star hotel. It is in fact, three star. The charge for the loss of one room key of ¥2000 was too high. If this is the cost of a plastic card key to the hotel, they need to change suppliers !
