Location location location. Close to buses, restaurants, coffee and shopping. Hire bikes close by. Dated decor but that was part of the charm.
Beds very hard but that’s Japan in general. Walls thin so did hear a bit of noise.

The location is walking distance from Niigata station and very close to shopping malls, grocery stores, restaurants and convenience stores.

The bed and pillow was very comfortable
Room is quite small and almost no view from windows. Inside room was very hot even with air conditioning on.
