Clean friendly staff fantastic food ,loved the stay here .

Our stay was wonderful, we were there for a friends wedding which was close by. We stayed in the loft suite which was very spacious and had everything you would need. The staff were so lovely and very friendly, they made us feel very welcome. We had dinner together me evening and it was amazing.

The Hotel itself is lovely. Nice big rooms, (No 9) comfy beds, although slight stain on the duvet cover, soft close on toilet not working and noisy plumbing.

The staff in the morning at breakfast busy chatting to each other and not telling guests about the breakfast set up. Just to choose a table. We had never stayed here before,. We were not told about the breakfast bar area and only found out by chance after we had our breakfast. We weren't asked if everything was alright, possibly as I had asked for a hard egg on ordering, and a soft egg arrived, which I had to send back to the kitchen. When I spoke to a staff member about , not being told about the breakfast bar.I received a very insincere apology and told I could use it then.
