Beautiful rooms and bathrooms.
Immaculately clean. Very stylish. Excellent service all round.
Charged £20 to use a sofabed even though a suite with a double and sofabed was booked for 3 people.
Was not made aware of this additional charge prior to booking.

Location. The building, the foyer. Size of bed. Furnishings. Bathroom.
The was dirt in several places eg wardrobe hinges. There was dirt, crumbs on part of the carpet. Neither myself nor the receptionist could operate the safe.
