Coffee was very bad, breakfast wasn’t great

The set up for dogs.

Nice basic room nice dining area and location.

Room a little cold. The odd member of staff not very polite.

Very good. Didn't like the 30 min rule.

Room as always was fine.

Breakfast and attitude of staff let down the stay. To be allocated a 'slot' of 30 minutes to be seated and complete breakfast was unacceptable as queues were forming to make toast and self service items. One hot drink was petty given the price paid for B&B. The breakfast room was not full and so the idea of slots was ill conceived and given the staff continually banging on about you have 30 mins for breakfast gave the strong impression that the system was for the staff benefit and not for the paying customer. I have stayed at this property numerous times over the past seven years and never have I felt so unwelcome. It was like school dinner time - if you are early you have to wait - if you are late you lose. If breakfast is advertised as being from 08.00 until 10.00 then the customer should choose it is not the place of staff to dictate.
