The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Our room was equipped with all the essentials, including a very convenient electric kettle.
Traffic noise and noisy youngsters outside were an issue. Without AC, we had to leave the windows open, so there was no way to block out the sound

Better than expected simple hotel. Well managed. Clean and tidy. Kettle in room, good matress. Proper breakfast and coffee. Security is there for 24/7 so very arrival time is not a problem. Large city parking space in front of hotel (not free but cheap). Interesting old castle and church nearby. Coffee shop, grocery and kebab place are also very close to hotel.
A bit tricky self check-in process at lobby PC if you arrive after 20:00.

Location in the centre of the city close to the chateau. Dinner in the restaurant was good.
The trash bin in the hotel room was full of beer cans left by previous guests there. Strange locking system with 4 digit codes instead of keys or hotel cards doesn't look safe. Breakfast coffee was one of the worst I've drunk for a very long time.
