The location is good as the tram station is at a walkable distance. There is a shop nearby as well where you can buy food.
The space in the room was small. At night heating was too high and I was obliged to open the window.

Room was spacious and super clean. We liked the separate bedroom so kids could sleep alone. Free automatic coffee machine available for guests was really great in the morning. Location is really nice, recommened for families with a car or enough time (reachable by tram no. 8, terminal station)
Given we booked a family room as we traveled with kids, it made us super nervous when neighbors below knocked on the walls as everyone could hear anything through the walls as all the sounds are easily spread over. You could here your neighbors talking or watching a TV, you can't really fully relax. Also, having your (dedicated) toilet and bathroom accessible through stairs a floor below is not very practical, especially with small kids.

Clean bathroom and there's also a fridge in the room. Bed was quite comfy.
The room does not match the photos on Booking.com !! The room is smaller than expected and walls are very thin, you can hear other guests overnight. Same for the street noise, it is all in your room.
Quite overpriced as per its location and quality/price report!
