Umývadlová batéria bola poškodená, Čistota sprchovací kút nič moc. Zlý kontakt v app , nedalo sa tam dovolať. Na mail nikto nereagoval. Do poslednej chvíle som nevedel či mám ubytovanie.

Snídani jsme v ceně neměly. Což bylo škoda, vzhledem k ceně za noc.
Jinak prostředí bylo příjemné, čisté.
Nešel internet, i když jsme se k němu přihlásily.
Vadilo mi , že tam není koberec, působilo to trochu sterilně, jako ubytovna. Vzhledem k vysokým stropům to více rezonovalo.

There was a ante-room and there were many connectors.
Unfortunately I had two big problems. I booked the room with double room I wrote a email too but finally they gave the room only one bed. They didn't answer me for my email and I couldn't delete my order for free. I feel cheated by this. Another big problem was that the heating didn't work when we arrived. There wasn't reception all the informations and the codes to the room got by sms. I call them but no answer. Finally I called the booking customer service and they helped me. The booking called the host too and finally the host sent a mechanic and two hours later when we returned to the hotel our problem has been resolved. Our first day in the hotel wasn't easy. I cannot recommend this hotel.
