der Besitzer hat bereits in der Wohnung auf uns gewartet und war sehr freundlich und hat alles erklärt.
Würden, wenn wir das nächste Mal in Madeira sind diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

perfect location, comfort bed, clean and nice, reality the same as on the photos, well equipped kitchen, washing machine available, spacious, good and fast contact with the owner, delicious sandwiches for breakfast plus coffee/tea (no other choice)
no cleaning, nor towels changing during whole stay (4 days), difficulty with drying clothes (December), breakfast not available during bank holidays and weekends (no information on website), might be noisy at night with windows open, difficulty with parking place on the street in vicinity but near by paid parking available (just Google where)
