The lift wasn’t working along my stay and failed to get resolved

This hotel is beautiful from the grounds its sat in to private beach. Staff are really helpful and very pleasant security at the door are very good and if you haven't got the wrist band then you dont get in. We moved over to this hotel as the other hotel we was in wasn't great at all. Found Regina hotel on booking.com and couldn't of asked for a better place stay and the location is absolutely perfect.
Not enough sun beds available on the beach and most of the sun beds were all taken by 7am.

The pools were good; however, I felt they should have been open for longer. A 5pm closing time is quite early, especially during the summer when it stays hot later in the day. Being able to take the kids swimming until later would have been ideal and would have made the facilities even more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. There was very little variety across all three meals, with many of the same dishes being served every day. The food was generally quite bland and, in my opinion, not particularly suited to Western travellers.
The only food we really enjoyed was the outdoor grilled chicken, which was very good. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding the all-inclusive option, as the food selection and quality were not what we expected.
