thank you for all staff in hotel and special for mr hany we was have problem to change our room and he made upgrade for us our room for free .
and i like food in this hotel too much very tasty and alot of choice .

Plenty of space for everyone, convenient for downtown hurghada and the beach area was beautiful
Quite a lot sadly. I travel a great deal (particularly to Egypt). The following areas were poor by comparison to others.
1. On arrival, security at the door would not let me in until I showed evidence. I admit I looked slightly dishevelled after a long dive trip and my phone was dead. Imagine the ignominity when I had to search through my case virtually on the steps of the hotel to find the print outs. Usually you would be escorted to reception. Very heavy handed!
2. Reception. No real welcome, no eye contact, no effort. Everyone looked bored. My card was handed to me in a very businesslike fashion. I asked for a large map of the hotel and was told "maybe tomorrow"
3. Lobby customer services - I had left a wetsuit on the diveboat. The liveaboard rep office was in hurghada. I asked them to help me with the logistics; in particular the phone call only to be met with the same lacklustre "what do you expect me to do" response that she gave me 3 times.
4. Pool area cleaning. For some reason the hotel pool area gets cleaned at 3am with jet washes. This is coupled with loud conversations and laughter between the staff members on each occasion for over an hour. The pool areas are central to the hotel set up and most the bedrooms are within 10 metres. I reported the noise twice the first night (nothing was done) and again twice the second night (nothing was done). On the 2nd night at c4am I went down to reception and demanded to speak to someone senior. The night duty manager mohammed finally took control.
I was livid!! I had lost 2 nights sleep.
Fortunately following 3 meetings and interventions by both the Ast GM and the GM himself, they put remediation in place which I am grateful for.
I had been to this hotel before, a couple years ago for a meeting and thought it visually impressive. Sadly the hotel, in my view, could be run better. Staff seem lacking in energy, enthusiasm, initiative and warmth. You feel it the moment you walk in.
