The TV remote does not work properly even after I put new batteries in it. The whole room was clean but missing tiles in the shower and the whole place is very old and looking a little run down.

A very clean, comfortable room in Ballina with all the essential amenities including tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk. Close to the main highway this hotel is ideal for travellers needing an overnight stay. The beach, food outlets and shopping areas are a short drive. Self check-in: staff email the code to unlock the key safe to get the key for your room, and there is a key return box for self check out.

We were in room 10 and there was no handle on the hot water tap in the shower so we had to have a cold shower which wasn't very pleasant.
