The female staff at the reception during the day were very friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff were yelling at the corridor in the afternoon while trying to get some sleep. The male staff upon check in was not friendly/helpful.

Loved the location and the room.
V bright and clean.
First day the hot water was not working so had to have a cold shower!! But was fixed that day.

The location was convenient
The floor was sticky. What’s worse was they didn’t charge the bedsheets for god knows how long cuz the pillow was stinky . It smelled like it hadn’t been washed for months. I had to wash my hair and face thoroughly right away. When I told the staff at front desk, she immediately said it was not possible because they changed the sheets after every checkout. I asked her since she wasn’t there to witness the change of bedsheet, how could she be sure? Or she was trying to say I was lying? But why would I lie ?

location is great. spacious room. quiet environment.
there was hair on the shower floor which was quite disgusting. given its pricing, i was expecting better hygiene.
