View was good and the property was clean and tidy.
The check out at 12PM was good and I was appreciative to be able to extend to 1PM.
Staff were very helpful and good to deal with.
The breakfast was limited in range of food and the coffee could be improved. No coffee facility in the room was a surprise!!
Would be good to have SMART TV so that you can connect from phone or laptop and not have to worry about borrowing a HDMI cable
The location to external cafe's /restaurants was just OK.

Great location at Mid Level Hong Kong. Very spacious room with kitchen amenities. Staff is Very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful, kind and always with a smile on their faces. Although it was up on the hill, taking a taxi or uber was fairly easy. Also walking down to places was not hard. Breakfast was semi-buffet, not much variety.
The smoke detector was triggered when I took a shower. Apparently the steam (which wan not a lot) was the cause of it. That was not a good experience. We had a fireman coming to the the room ready to put down a fire. There was no conditioner in the shower, only shampoo. Other toiletries, we had to pick up at the lobby.
