Good location a bit offside of the crowded area. Kind stuff, provided us with adapter to be able to charge our electronic devices and we were able to leave the luggage for a couple of hours after checking out without any additional fees.
Soap for handwashing and tabs for the washing machine would have been nice.
Windows were not very clean to be able to fully enjoy the harbor view.

Comfort and convenient location. Nice harbour view from our unit.
No airco between the lift and the room. The family room is a bit small for 4 persons.

Very comfortable bed.
Issues were resolved promptly and friendly.
Shower not functioning on arrival till the next morning.
No basic bathroom or kitchen essentials provided (e.g. hand soap, dishwashing detergent).
6th-floor room did not match website photos and had more traffic noise than expected.
