The staff were so absolutely lovely. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. It's in the city centre so there's many shops and restaurants around. Best part, there's karaoke right beside the hotel

Extremely polite and welcoming staff - the best of our 1 month tour. Stored our luggage until check-in time, allowing us to explore the nearby city stations area. The location near to the bus terminal and 2 rail stations was very convenient, so getting to and from areas of interest was easy. There is a convenience store next door. The locals we encountered in Gifu city were very nice to tourists. The room was modern and clean. Coin laundry was available.
Average breakfast. In our twin bed room, the beds were pushed together against the wall - the only way out was to climb off the end. To push the beds apart you first need to move the furniture across the room to make enough space. Not at all well thought out room design, so we struggled to store and open our suitcases.

The room was medium size for a Japanese hotel. It was nice and clean and somehow close to the train station. The breakfast was ok. There are retaurants, a shopping center and convenient stores nearby.
During breakfast some food was finished, and the staff did not replace it.

The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very helpful. The washing machine on my floor was also super helpful.
The isolation with the window was poor and you could hear all the city noises. The walls were thin and you could hear the snoring of your neighbors.
