The room was very comfortable. The staff was extremely responsive. When I had trouble logging into email, they all tried to help, then put me in touch with a techie in Baha Mexico! Also Sopa de Bola was delicious.

Great location positioned just around the corner from the airport. We loved that they provided airport pickup and free airport shuttle service. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to explore the rest of the amenities, so we are not able to comment on that. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Highly recommended if you have a short layover and need a comfortable and safe space to stay.

Great bed sheets
Incompetent check in staff: she misidentified me even after giving her my passport, telling her my name, saying they got the room rate incorrect… then she gave me a different room with no apology or explanation. Huge security risk in a dangerous city.
