Buen Hotel

La ubicación

Es la tercera vez que llego a este hotel y realizado la reserva a través de Booking y nos dan la habitación en la última torre. Cuando se llega en la noche es feo el paso por el centro comercial oscuro que queda en la playa baja.

The best stay in guayaquil

Unit and areas very well maintained close to mall and all the tourist area in downtown Guayaquil, the service is excellent very friendly and attentive. The hotel restaurant is amazing food, totally recommended!

As is with most hotels never enough pegs in the bathroom. the cupboards didn’t have any shelves. Needed an additional bedside table and also an occasional table.

Good location. Very comfortable bed. Good hot shower. Good wifi. All you can eat buffet breakfast.

Helpful and professional staff at check-in. We were able to lock our luggages after check-out as we wandered in the city before our flight. Good location. Very comfortable bed. Good hot shower. Good wifi. All you can eat buffet breakfast.

The room was pretty small and for this price range, it would be nice if they would offer netflix. The window do not open so you rely on the ventilation system, which is pretty good, but fresh air would be nicer.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. the breakfast was delicious.

unfortunately the room was in tower b and you have to cross the mall every time you need to go to the reception. the jacuzzi is right in the middle of the gym, so everyone working out can see you. we wanted to use the jacuzzi and sauna and asked an hour in advance. the water in the jacuzzi was totally cold and they forgot to switch the sauna on.

Great location with Amazing staff with V. Good breakfast

Lobby smelling awesome, Every staff has a smile and wanting to make you feel happy. It will be Elvis, both Ceasar’s , Stephenie and all the remaining stylish females at the reception . And thank you for the welcome drinks. The reception on 2 floor is elagant. Just suggestion: The 8 th floor can be decorated more, the painting is depressing in the lobby and in the room, put some plants in the lobby with a chair. Get the carpet changed into orange and red bright colours. The room we had 802 bathroom - in the shower change the stand of soap and shampoo to other side, it hits the body when you are under the shower. Take a shower and you will understand. The location is amazing. The staff helping at the entrance are superb. The breakfast was amazing.

Just a good breakfast

The fitness center does not match the description. Gyazno. We ordered a sauna but it was not included. This hotel only has a good location and breakfast.

nice staff, good location, free walking tour starts from the park opposite (make sure to book it a day in advance though).
