Location was excellent, and the room itself was super spacious with lots of windows and great views. Staff was very accommodating of my early arrival and had great communication over messages.
I was aware I booked a room with a shared bathroom, but the shared toilets were not well marked and the one shared shower I could find was a single small stall with sink--and to wash your hands after using the toilet you had to use this shower room, which, if occupied, would leave you with no option that I could see. Main access door to the hostel was left open/unattended for parts of afternoon and evening, though it's inside a building where an access code is needed to enter. Lastly, the room I stayed in had 10+ lockers with keys for storage which would make sense if it were a dorm but as it is (at least for now) a private room, having different shelves or storage options would be nice.

Ubicación inmejorable, a pasos de la plaza central, y a distancia caminable de TODAS las atracciones del casco antiguo de la ciudad.

The location and hygiene was very good. Room was very big and bad were so comfy. Reception is helpful and kind.
The price was high for a shared bathroom.

It looks really tidy and proper, its central to historical places and many options where to visit around and eat. room decoration was really nice
no AC in the room, just a small fan. when i booked it was extremely hot and it was impossible to sleep.
you need to share bathrooms although they were really clean
also its a bit unfair 10h30 be the checkout.
