Location is amazing and good AC
There are too many stairs until the room so it was inconvenient with a toddler and stroller.
More importantly, the shower had no hot water. I didn’t see the previous review but it seems this issue has been there for a long time but when we claimed they didn’t believe us even after the technician visiting the place two time. We had to complain again and at third time technician visited while we were there and confirmed the issue with hot water. Apparently the signal is not well connected with the boiler so we need to run hot water in the kitchen while we take shower. The technician said they have to close the apartment to fix the issue. I hope they will not rent out the apartment and really fix them.

Right in the middle of the historical part of town. Walk out the door to great pedestrian street, restaurants and easy walks to most attractions.
The apartment was just right for 2 people and little kitchen was great, especially when staying 2 weeks.
Staff were lovely, Kenzie, the manager, was amazing with all and any queries. We were looked after so well!!
We had no issues with this apartment, great spot!
We are older so there were some stairs but Kenzie was more than happy to organise help with our luggage.
Shower curtain needed.

Its location is great. The door at the entry is impressive. There is lift. The outdoor setting is attractive.
There was hot water problem. Very limited number of crockery and cutlery. The furniture needs an upgrade - especially the sofa downstairs. Probably our mistake the apartment is on split level with a very narrow winding staircase which rocks a bit on its use. The split floor makes it very inconvenient. The coffee maker is pathetic as it hardly warms the water - a small kettle would make it easier for tea drinkers.
