We chose this hotel because it had underground secure parking which we pre booked and paid for. We had been 3 weeks in Germany and had a full car of our luggage which we wanted parked safely.
The staff were very friendly, spoke excellent English and we're very helpful.
They served a good, if fairly simple breakfast with a choice of hot and cold items. And they had a good selection of drinks and snacks available in the Reception area.
For people coming by train, the Central Station is within 5 mins walk and the airport is on the Metro line, stop Stadhuis, is a 5.in walk to hotel too. Very convenient location.
All in all, it suited us for 3 nights. We'd recommend it and would stay again if in the area.
Even with all the building works going on outside, it was very quiet.

There are long term building works (new tram lines) going on outside, which is a bit confusing initially, but that is outside the hotels control. The staff are helpful though if you contact them initially with help to avoid.

Great location, close to the city centre and main train station. We received a room upgrade and had a nice quiet room on the 6th floor. We had a great experience at check in and the welcome given was superb. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in Rotterdam again.
