I slept well in the comfy beds.
The shower head meant for an excellent shower.
The shower gel and hand wash wsre a nice quality
I liked the kettle and also the coffee, decaf sachets..
The location is excellent.
The easy access at any hour.

The temperature of the room was hot at times with no air conditioning but relied on Climate control and fan. The window couldn't be left open due to late night street noise .
We had to move rooms at 11pm due to someone stomping constantly, it appeared, above our room.
We were disappointed to not have a morning complementary coffee from the machine in reception.
This was offered to us last time.
There weren't enough decaf sachets in the room

- good price for Rotterdam
- not accessible by baby stroller for two entrances, both with stairs, you have to ask someone to help you
- our sink drain was really bad, they did a temporary fix but didn't improve to much. Since I only stayed a night, I was like whatever
- room is very small, not much space for luggage- basic facility
