excellent location near to Blaak, in a quiet corner next to the canal and historic ships, at a great price, Clean, tidy with friendly staff. Rooms spotless and all areas easy to use by myself who has a minor disability.

Artistic interior design. Friendly and helpful staff.
When the neighbor (above?) used the shower there was a very loud noise from the pipes heard in my bedroom. Very easy to hear people talking in the corridor outside my door.

Location
I was very annoyed to see that the hotel was offered for more than a $100.00 less a few days ago. The lady at the desk told me that they fluctuate the prices. I can understand a bit of difference but not that much. For $274.00 Canadian this hotel was overpriced. I had expected more for this price. I booked it in January.
I did not have a breakfast included and there was a locker to store my suitcase which was too small and expensive. It felt like a cheap flight.
