A very warm welcome upon arrival, and the staff were extremely attentive throughout our stay. A very comfortable and good-sized room. Food in the restaurant was excellent, and the location of the hotel is perfect.

We booked via Booking.com, and it was a little confusing what was/wasn't included in the price that we had paid. However it was all clearly explained upon arrival.

The staff on arrival and for our first morning were exceptional. The person who took over for breakfast and checkout on the Saturday was much less organised and a little vague, though he was still very pleasant.

Breakfast on the Saturday was not very organised in comparison to the previous day. Also, having a skylight and no window took a little getting used to. It was during a very hot period and although the skylight was very good, we had to close it when there was a storm threat.

Great staff- really friendly and accommodating

We stayed at a very hot time and had to have the windows open, fan was rattling, road was surprisingly noisy all night, light for the hotel was right next to the window, airplanes going over. Air con would have solved all this.Handles on doors were all loose, shower seems to have a leak.
