Staff gentile, stanza pulita, posizione centrale
Biancheria molto datata, la stanza non era sufficientemente oscurata per la notte ed essendo sul crocevia della strada non era silenziosa. Il pane della colazione non sembrava fresco.

I was given an upgrade to a nearby hotel (Hotel Biovita Alpi) with well-being facilities, great staff, a big room, wonderful breakfast. I did not have an opportunity to sample dinner because I was busy at the time dinner was served. Highly recommend but cannot really comment on the Lowenwirt hotel as I did not end up staying there. Also wonderful views of the Dolomiti and a bus that leaves at the bottom of the road.
Hmmm...... nothing I didn't like. However if you are staying at Biovita and travelling without a car you need to be able to manage an easy uphill walk from the main rd.

I didn’t enjoy having to check in at a different hotel than the one where my room was located. It felt inconvenient, especially since the spa was also at another hotel, which meant we barely used it.
The spa hours were also disappointing — while it was open until 7 pm, the jacuzzi stopped working at 6:30 pm. This doesn’t make much sense given there’s only one jacuzzi, and guests would naturally want to enjoy it until closing time.
In addition, there was a few shower gel provided in the bathroom, and the furniture in the room felt a bit dated.
I wouldn’t normally complain, but considering we paid £900 for four nights, I was expecting a higher standard of quality from the hotel
