Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere. We were on our honeymoon and they greeted us with a lovely gift which was such a nice touch!

Best location for Tre Cime and Cadini Di Misurina. Anyone wants to take serious sunrise and sunset photos, that is the best plane.
The food is exceptional too and with a good customer discount.

The breakfast is great, with fresh produce and good variety. The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. They made this stay pleasant since the conditions of the hotel are not up to standards. Special shoutout to Greta who’s the nicest and kindest host of our trip. She prepared a really nice surprise for me and my girlfriend, helped us planning our hikes and had really good recommendations about the hotspots of the Dolomites. I can’t state this enough, the staff was absolutely brilliant.
The conditions of the room did not meet the expectations at all. The photos used on booking are modified by AI. The room is nowhere near as the photos. The beds are really uncomfortable and the bathroom is really small. When you use the shower, the whole bathroom gets flooded and the lights are automatic so they sometimes randomly turn on at the middle of the night. The room is super outdated and the worst part was the balcony which was said to have a view of the Tre cime . Instead, it was awful.
