The staff was amazing. Everyone we met was cheerful and helpful and seemed happy to be there. The location and setting are terrific.
It's a little bit older, but the beds were still comfortable and it was charming.

Amazing hotel on the beautiful lake that feels like you stepped back into old world luxury. The hotel has a great feel and the rooms are massive and comfy. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant was tasty and spectacular to sit out on the terrace. I’d love to come back and stay again in the future.

The breakfast buffet is amazing, which is complementary. So is the dinner service (which you have to pay for).
The indoor pool facility is also very nice, great for relaxing after a day's hike in the Dolomites just above the lake.
There are gear shops, a cafe, and a general store downstairs where you can find just about anything you need.
The staff & facility are very organized, efficient, and hospitable.
I only dislike the fact that we had to leave, eventually. I would have liked to stay for 3 weeks here instead of only 3 days. But nothing lasts forever. I'll be back for sure.
