Czystość w pokojach, kontakt z obsługą hotelu - recepcja dzwoniła w celu potwierdzenia późniejszego przyjazdu. Bardzo dobra obsługa i standard. Dostęp do parkingu.
Zapach w łazience, przed skorzystaniem z łazienki konieczne było przewietrzenie pomieszczenia ze względu na brzydki zapach . Pobranie lokalnego podatku przy wymeldowaniu z hotelu.

Very cosy hotel, tastefully furnished, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind and made us feel very welcome. We would happily stay here again.
There was a little mould in the bathroom, and the shower door leaked slightly, but it did not affect our stay.

Camera con terrazza vista monti e struttura molto carina.
Prezzo per la posizione in cui è l’albergo eccessivo, anche per quanto riguarda la colazione prezzo eccessivo. Dovrebbe essere almeno quella compresa nel pernottamento.

Molto comoda la posizione centrale che ci ha permesso di raggiungere sia il lago di sorapis/braies e sia il lago Boè a Corvara.
Molto disponibile e cortese il personale, presente un parcheggio coperto riservato per le moto.
Ps se dovete mangiare, andate al ristorante/pizzeria la palma, dista a 4 minuti e si mangia benissimo!
Purtroppo la pulizia della camera non era delle migliori, si sono trovate ragnatele evidenti sia all angolo della finestra del bagno e sia intorno la luce della specchiera. Il resto della camera ok, bella la vista dal balcone. Non è presente la pompa di calore e frigo bar.
