The staff was very friendly and helpful, the shower was consistently hot and the aircon worked well! I also thought the bed was comfortable. Very near the metro.
The maintenance was poor; shower didn’t drain well and was held up with duct tape, some mold in the shower and some stains on the walls; very dated interior.

The room was clean and comfortable, very nice bathroom. The location close to the metro station is convenient. There was no noise coming from the street. Most importantly for Marseille in the summer, the air-conditioning was working well. The reception was open 24 hours and the staff was friendly.
Although the walls are claimed to be soundproof, I could still hear the noise from other guests' rooms. The worst was that cigarette smoke was coming through the bathroom vent into my room, so clearly someone smoked in their bathroom. The hotel is officially non-smoking.
