This newly renovated BEACH BLOCK condo sits only a few properties away from the OCEAN, the quaint Avalon Boardwalk, and the newly constructed Surfside Park. There isn’t a more convenient and relaxing location to stay in Avalon. The Boardwalk features an Arcade, Pizzeria, and Ice Cream Parlor, while Surfside Park promises to be a great entertainment attraction with a brand new shaded playground and small concert area. The property is also only 2 blocks away from Avalon’s Dune Drive making it walking distance to the heart of Avalon - restaurants, bars, mini golf, ice cream, shops/boutiques, spa, library, bike rentals… Enjoy trips to Hoy’s 5&10, Avalon Supermarket, Avalon Coffee, 29th Street Deli, & Kohler’s Bakery without having to get in a car. The unit itself is charming and offers a living room, eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Using the deluxe sleeper sofa, the unit can sleep 6 comfortably. Renovated just over a year ago, the unit is clean and cozy. Its amenities include: - Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed, Dresser, Closet - Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds (Trundle), Dresser - Living Room: Pull Out Queen Sofa, Wall Mount Flat Screen TV - Kitchen: Quartz Countertops, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Oven/Range, Coffee Maker, Disposal - Bathroom: Full Bathtub w/ Shower - Roku Streaming Stick w/ YouTube TV (most major channels) - Internet Service - Breakfast Table w/ 4 Chairs - Air Conditioning (3 window units) - 2 Beach Tags Included beginning Memorial Day (please leave for next tenants) - Non Smoking The building also offers the following shared amenities: - Courtyard w/ Outdoor Sitting Areas (covered and uncovered) - Outdoor Shower - Washer and Dryer - Grill - Electric Car Charging Station directly across street (see ChargePoint for pricing and other details) Find comfort in the fine appointments of a newly renovated condo, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves, enjoy the convenience of nearby shops and amenities, and get the most out of the beautiful beaches that are only steps away! **IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION** - A minimum stay of 7 nights beginning on a Saturday is required - No smoking, pets, or senior week rentals. 25 and older. - For your convenience please bring bed spreads, sheets, pillows, beach/bath towels, laundry detergent, and paper goods. Please leave the condo as you found it, with all items cleaned and put away. A professional cleaning service will be in shortly after check-out to prepare the unit for the next tenants. - Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Cans are conveniently located outside the back of the building.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! Close to the beach, lots of parking, clean, and comfortable! Nick has been a wonderful host and was very attentive with all of our questions and concerns. This is my second year renting out this property and definitely want to come back!

I had a group of friends/coworkers stay in the place for a month and we had no complaints. It was the perfect location to the beach and into town. The house was clean and cozy and I would definitely go back!
