About this apartment rental
Renovated modern 1 bedroom apartment located on a high floor with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan, and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony's comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. The condo is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels and two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and a block from the Ventana al Mar Park and Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (B21 bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan. Feel free to view my other 1 BR Condado apartment # 3619351 located in the same building. A great option when traveling with more than one couple.

Great views, location, and excellent communication from the owner. Anthony was very helpful with everything. I would stay here again. The water went out in most of San Juan and we still had water the entire 5 days which was a huge blessing. I love that you can pay a daily rate to park the rental car under covered parking and there is someone there during the day that watches over the parking lot. There is a convenience store that’s more like a mini market right beside the place that sells beer, liquor, and whatever else you need. We walked to several restaurants close by. There is a popular Chinese restaurant across the street with great food. There is even a small beach that you can swim in that you can walk to from the condo. Those who complain about this place are expecting too much. This is a condo by the beach and it’s a busy city. You will have cold AC, great views, a balcony, and water which a lot of places did not have. This is not a hotel where they provide everything for you. Before you travel know the difference and ask the owner questions instead of trying to tear down someone’s business with bad reviews.

This condo was perfect. The location was ideal for our conference. The little extras for the beach was right on time.

Shops & Restaurants are walking distance. Parking is under the building 25.00 a day with in & out.Walls & windows not sound proof. Located on the 8th floor. You can hear all loud noises from street level.
